Are your products really made to order?
Yes. Every shirt, poster, and print is produced individually after you order. It means less waste and better quality control — and it's why we ask for a little patience: please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours) at pirapiraboxes.llc@gmail.com. Once an item goes into production, we usually can't change or cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
How long until I get my order?
Roughly 7–13 business days total: 2–5 business days production plus 5–8 business days U.S. shipping. See Shipping Info for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, so please allow extra time for orders outside the U.S.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. More on the Track Your Order page.
Returns & Issues
What's your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size ordered — please check the size chart before buying. If something is wrong on our end, we'll always make it right (see below).
My order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — what now?
Email pirapiraboxes.llc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund.
Apparel
How do the shirts fit?
Our tees run true to size in a classic unisex fit. Check the size chart on each product page, and if you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up.
How should I care for my shirt?
Machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly over the print. This keeps the design looking sharp wash after wash.
Wall Art
Are the course maps accurate?
Each map is designed around the real routing and character of the course it represents — not a generic template.
Do posters come framed?
Sizes and framing options are listed on each product page. Unless noted, prints ship unframed so you can choose a frame that fits your space.
Can you make a custom course map?
Yes — email the course name and location to pirapiraboxes.llc@gmail.com and we'll help you create it.
Payment & Security
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. We use Shopify's secure checkout and accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
